I am posting everywhere I can to get as many names as I can because I feel this is the right think to do. Michael Vick did great harm to pit bulls and family pets that is almost unspeakable and he is due to get out of jail soon and try to get back into football again so I am pleading with everyone please help me make sure Michael Vick never plays again . Since i open the discussion am going to start what i think .:
I think that the person went to jail and he did past time behind bars and because he went to jail he did pay for is crime i am not agree about what he did i know it was wrong that's the reason why he went to jail ,but we have to understand that he is a human and he need to make money to live to pay is bill for this reason because he went to jail he did is time i think the man should go back and start play ball again .

Hi since I started this I hope you all kinow the whole store that he drown the dogs he shot the dogs and he electricuted them as well the only thing he is sorry for is he got caught the laws against harming animals is sad he is pretty much getting away with murder I could see if it was his first offence it is not he has been in and out of trouble for long time I personaly beleive there are so many terrific guys out there are wonting play sould get the chance these dogs are never coming back and I dont think we are sending our kids a great message by allowing a felon to play ball again Pete Rose was band from baseball for life for betting What Michael Vicky did was play god and these dogs did not stand a chance with him so many lost some had to be put down some are being reabiliated . He is far from sorry he is just upset he got caught.

It’s all well and good to talk about fixing the social problems that lead to crime and incarceration. But there are already two million people in America’s prisons, and 650,000 people leave prison and re-enter society every year. Given what we know about the negative impact of prison on the lives of these people (and their families), what do we do about them?

We stereotype them we give them no job,no opportunity even do the person did is time we never forgive him for what he did what happen after they go straight back to jail ,you know why because they try and they get nothing so in a way they got to live so they will do something else ,and the question we should ask now is :

SHOULD PRISONERS BE ALLOWED TO WORK?
Most people would agree that if prisoners learned a skill while they were in jail they could more easily get a job when they got out, and that an ex-prisoner with a job is less likely to commit another crime. Since nearly one-half of people released from prison return to prison within three years, job skills could mean a significant decline in the crime rate.

Whatever happen before he did pay is time i think he should go back to the NFL.

Well I am sure after this I am not going to be very popular. (WHO CARES) I don't care who you are or how much money you have. Because of people like Michael Vick, small children and grown people have been attached by pit bulls.
These are dogs, they are made to be mean or if they are treated right they are good dogs. This is a fact

Okay he has pulled his time, but in my eyes. Michael Vick is a ruthless person and the people that continue to do this type of activity are also.

Michael Vick has ruined his reputation as someone to look up too and I don't believe he should play ball..... Do you want your children to think that this is okay???? He decided his own future........

I think Michael Vick if he is picked up by a team should be allowed to continue his football career. He is in prison now serving his time for the crime that he has done. It isn't always easy to forgive and forget BUT we must be forgiving people. Michael Vick will not be the answer to every problem of pit bulls and other dogs attacking children and others if he isn't allowed to play football again. By allowing him to come home from prison and work construction or clean toilets will not help anyone either. We get our hands and heads wrapped around someone that quite possibly we do not like for what ever reason and we want to control their destiny. I say take care of yourself and your household and this world will be a better place. Why not start a non-profit organization on teaching the world how to raise their dogs / animals instead of getting others to sign a petition or think the way you think. Food for thought...
