Michael Jackson's doctor 'couldn't dial 911 because phones didn't work' Did someone Kill Michael Jackson ?

The doctor who was with Michael Jackson when he died was unable to call the emergency services because none of the phones in the singer's rented property worked, his lawyer has said.

Having discovered Jackson unconscious in his bedroom but with a feeble pulse, Dr Carlton Murray, his personal physician says he tried for 25-30 minutes to revive him.

Unable to summon assistance on his mobile because he did not know the address of the Los Angeles house, he then called out for help, according to Edward Chernoff, his lawyer.

But no one heard him so Dr Murray left the singer and ran down to the kitchen where he saw a chef and security guard, Mr Chernoff told US television.

It was the security person, Mr Chernoff said, who eventually called 911. The phones were not working for "privacy reasons," he added.

When paramedics arrived they attempted CPR on Jackson once more before rushing him to hospital where he was declared dead on Thursday afternoon.

Mr Chernoff denied reports that his client had given Jackson an injection of the painkiller Demerol - which can trigger a cardiac arrest - and insisted that the results of a post mortem investigation will exonerate the doctor of any involvement in the death.

"I can state unequivocally there was no Demerol. There was no Demerol administered by Dr Murray and no one observed him using Demerol," Chernoff told the ABC-TV Show Good Morning America.

"I am not sure there that came from. I can tell you it is false."

Mr Chernoff was with Dr Murray when he was quizzed for over three hours by detectives from the homicide and robbery squad with Los Angeles Police. Police have said Dr Murray is not a suspect and his statement had helped their investigation.

Question ;work' Did someone Kill Michael Jackson ?

LAPD Treating Jackson Death as Homicide‏
Multiple law enforcement sources tell the LAPD is already treating Michael Jackson's death as a homicide, and they are focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray. Law enforcement sources tell us the evidence points to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of Jackson's death. As we first reported, vials of Propofol were found in Jackson's home after he died. Law enforcement sources say there is already "plenty of powerful evidence" linking Dr. Murray as the person who administered the drug to Jackson. The evidence includes various items found in Jackson's house, including the Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank. Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered the Propofol. And we've learned the LAPD has had "multiple conversations" with the L.A. County District Attorney's office, although the case has not been formally presented to the D.A.
